We're a catering and food & beverage management company, but we don't box ourselves in. Hospitality drives everything. Taking care of each other first shapes how we do business. Over time, we've grown into a full-service partner where everyone thrives.
2012
An Austrian Snack, A Chinese Journey
We started with one idea: bring Austria's beloved Leberkäse Semmel to China. After eleven months perfecting the recipe, we supplied Shanghai's top hotels. It worked. Just not as planned.
2013
Word of Mouth & Our First Catering Gig
Our Leberkäse built a following in Shanghai's Austrian and German communities. Word spread. Soon we were catering our first event with Leberkäse sliders.
2014
Building Trust
The Austrian Consulate General and WKO became our first regular client. Catering became our foundation.
2015
Brands Take Notice
Major international brands started calling. We catered flagship store openings, new collections, and grand mall launches across Shanghai.
2016
A Pivotal Shift
We closed the Leberkäse venture. Full focus on event catering.
2017
Scaling Up
Our first large-scale festival: 10,000+ guests with VIP catering for 1,200 per day. Ready for bigger stages.
2018
Room to Grow
We moved into a larger facility combining our central kitchen, production, warehouse, and employee dormitories under one roof.
2019
Mainland Expansion
Trusted by the world's most recognized brands, we expanded throughout mainland China. By year's end, we secured our first venue management contract: partnering with the world's largest MMA promotion to deliver elite performance nutrition.
2020
Crisis as Catalyst
After our busiest year came the most challenging. COVID hit. Events stopped. Layoffs weren't an option. We launched food prep and supply services overnight, keeping our full team employed.
2021
Cleaning & Facility Support
Started with specialist cleaning at the world's most advanced performance institute. Expanded through partners to deliver comprehensive services across venues and live events.
2022
Olympic Moment
We proudly supplied the Beijing Winter Olympics - a milestone experience and a resounding success.

Sports Catering – Elite Performance Nutrition
Refining elite performance nutrition alongside the world's top sports dietitians. Supporting professional teams and Olympic athletes at peak performance.

Specialise & Building Bridges
We've evolved from catering company to full-service hospitality partner. Catering. Venue Management. Event Support. We're expanding throughout mainland China and into Europe, building bridges in both directions. Our first office outside China is now open in Vienna, connecting East and West through exceptional service.
